All items sold in our store are custom made-to-order prints, produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this,
we do not accept returns or exchanges
for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with the design.
Exceptions
We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item or design
There was a print or production error on our end
To request a resolution, customers must contact you
within 14 days of delivery
